The Central Florida Brain Injury Support Group proudly provides free support, education, and resources for those affected by traumatic brain injuries. Founded in 1981, the group welcomes brain injury survivors, family members, caregivers, and professional advocates to twice monthly meetings for socialization, education, exchange of resources, and support. Our mission is to Build Brain Injury Awareness Through Knowledge and Friendship. We were officially adopted as a permanent program of the Mayor William Beardall Senior Center in 1986 and established as a 501(c)3 non-profit organization in August 2009.

We are TBI survivor-driven and self-supported through our own contributions and individual donations. No members or staff receive salary or other compensation. We depend on contributions for meeting materials, events, and outreach costs. All donations made are tax deductible and greatly appreciated. We hope you will join us at a future meeting or event!
